The goal was to achieve water views, to enjoy the summer breeze beneath the outdoor pergola. Materials used included a combination of natural mahogany and engineered beams throughout the space, enhancing the aesthetic.

We added a second-story master bedroom, updated all finishes in the house, as well as the outdoor deck and pergola.
