Set on a storied landscape, this historic estate required thoughtful planning and precise execution. Navigating complex terrain and an ambitious scope of work, we carefully preserved its unique character to create a transformation that honors its history.

The family barn, thoughtfully converted into a bunkhouse was relocated to better serve the needs of the property
 
A comprehensive exterior renovation followed, reshaping the terrain and reimagining the surrounding landscape.
 
The transformation included a new sunken multipurpose court, redesigned driveways and parking courts, a dedicated soccer field, horse stalls, a large BBQ pavilion, and a reconfigured pool. Each element carefully integrated to enhance both function and flow.
